Women are the backbone of coffee farming across Africa, yet they are often the most under resourced. We intentionally support women led farming initiatives by ensuring fair pay, access to training, and long term partnerships that promote independence and sustainability.
This work isn’t charity, it’s investment.

Through coffee sales and direct donations, we support projects that strengthen communities, including:
• Building and supporting local schools
• Contributing to clinics and basic healthcare access
• Providing hygiene supplies and essential resources for women and families

Our Committment
As a social impact organization, our business is committed to investing in farmers and their communities and including them in our international deal negotiations, similar to a union model, which facilitates learning through experience.
It is essential as a company to be pro-women and support the mothers in our birth regions. In African culture, women do 99% of the work (farming, childcare, feeding their husbands, and keeping the house clean).
We’ve hosted a back-to-school giveaway that started with the intent to support ten farmers’ kids/students, but it quickly turned into 60! Which demonstrated the need. In the future, we plan to build hospitals and schools.
